Activities & Tours Cancellations
Nevalea Alpacas reserves the right to cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or for any other reason and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to customers due to a tour cancellation. Therefore Nevalea Alpacas will issue a full refund for tours cancelled by Nevalea Alpacas.
Unless otherwise noted within the tour description, customers can reschedule a tour up to 24 hours before the booked tour.
No refunds will be made to any customer who fails to show up for a tour at the designated time and place, or who leaves, or otherwise does not use all of the services scheduled to be provided by an excursion. Most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customer who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to weather conditions.
The right is reserved by Nevalea Alpacas to withdraw any tour, to change the sequence of tour activities, or to omit specific activities for any reason, including the safety or best interest of the customers.
We will ship your order within seven (7) business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we will contact you immediately by email and advise the expected dispatch date.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect customer supplied address the customer will be liable for the costs of re-posting their order.
New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
Government, Customs and Duty
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the requirements for importing our products into the recipient country. We will not be responsible for restrictions, import duties or taxes imposed by a Government or Customs department. Neither are we responsible for delays or losses caused by parcels that are detained or confiscated by Customs or other Government departments. Refunds will not be made for undeliverable or refused shipments unless the goods are returned to us in an unused, unwashed and original condition with all labels still attached within a period of 60 days.
If a shipment is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned to us through no fault of our own, we are not obligated to provide a refund. We will provide the option of resending the order and any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
New Zealand Orders
All Orders are charged a charged a shipping fee within New Zealand, and an additional rural charge will apply if your order is to be sent to a rural delivery address. Orders will be sent via New Zealand Post’s Parcel Post, which usually takes 2-7 working days from dispatch. Urgent orders can be shipped by New Zealand Post Overnight Courier. Additional charges apply for this service.
For all International Orders a shipping fee will be charged. This shipping fee is for sending parcels untracked.
Orders will be sent via New Zealand Post International Air service. Orders will be delivered to most destinations worldwide within 7 to 21 working days from dispatch, depending on the workload of the recipient countries Customs, Postal and Delivery service.
New Zealand Post International Air service provides delivery to door as well as rural areas and PO Boxes worldwide and is untracked.
On customer’s request orders can be shipped by New Zealand Post International Courier Service. Orders will be delivered to most destinations within 3-7 working days from dispatch. There is an additional charge please contact us for a price on this option.
Changing an Order
If you have made a mistake or would like to change an order you have just placed, please call us on +64 7 896 6333 within 12 hours of the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, however items that have already been sent will need to comply with our Returns Policy.
