Returns Policy & Procedure

We will accept returns within 14 days of receipt provided all returned items still have tags attached (we strongly recommend that customers check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and disposing of any original packaging).

Items must not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way and will be subject to a quality check upon receipt back into our store. Items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to you.

Download our returns-form and complete all relevant fields.

Package the item(s) up that you wish to return, and post/courier back to us at:

To avoid delays and fees from customs please write “gift” on the consignment note.  We will exchange an item for the same in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned item(s) and the Returns Form have been received and the item(s) have undergone a quality control check. Refunds will be made to you within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) in our Store subject to a quality control check.

Garments will not be exchanged or replaced if washing instructions have not been followed carefully.

If a fault should appear after a garment has been worn please launder before return, faults after wearing will be assessed by the Nevalea Alpacas and repaired where possible.

Postage costs of returning an item/s will be at your own expense. If the item is being returned because it is faulty, please call or email us to arrange postage.
